Winter orchestral concerts

Celebrate the holidays with the West Virginia Symphony Orchestra! The WVSO kicks off December with three performances of "Sounds of the Season", starting on Friday, December 5 at 7:00 PM at Carnegie Hall in Lewisburg, West Virginia. On Saturday, December 6 at 7:30 PM, we perform at the Clay Center in Charleston, West Virginia, and we finish the cycle on Sunday, December 7 at 2:30 PM at Blennerhassett School in Parkersburg, West Virginia. 

The following weekend, we partner with the Charleston Ballet for three performances of Tchaikovsky's Nutcrackeron Friday, December 12 at 7:30 PM and Saturday, December 13 at 2:00 and 7:30 PM, also at the Clay Center in Charleston. 

In the new year, the WVSO returns for "Musical Titans", performing Mahler's Symphony No. 1 on Saturday, January 24 at 2:00 PM at the Clay Center in Charleston, followed by "Shakespeare on Stage", featuring Prokofiev's Romeo and Juliet on Saturday, February 21 at 7:30 PM at the Clay Center in Charleston and on Sunday, February 22 at 2:00 PM in Morgantown, West Virginia. 

On Saturday, February 7, I'm guest principal flutist of the Savannah Philharmonic for "Beethoven's Eroica", performing Beethoven's Symphony No. 3 for concerts at 3:00 PM and 7:30 PM at the Lucas Theatre in Savannah, Georgia. Thank you to Jeana Melilli for trusting me with her chair!
