Later in April, Clare Longendyke and I take our tour to Philadelphia, starting at Bryn Mawr College for the "Learning to Listen" series! Our 4:30 PM concert on Saturday, April 25 in Goodhart Hall is open to the public in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. The program includes works by Dika Chartoff (Adesse), Aaron Copland (Duo), David del Tredici ("Acrostic Song" from Final Alice), Nancy Galbraith (A something in a summer's Day), Heidi Jacob (Suite), Amy Williams(First Lines), and more.
On Sunday, April 26, Clare and I look forward to performing movements from Amy Williams' First Lines in person on Andrea Clearfield's SZalon series, held both in person in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and synchronously via Zoom! The performance begins at 7:30 PM with a pre-concert welcome at 7:00 PM and a post-concert chat at 9:30 PM. To RSVP to attend the Salon in person, email clearfieldsalonconcert@gmail.com, and to join the Zalon via Zoom, visit the website.
As part of our residency at Bryn Mawr College, I also look forward to teaching an 11:00 AM flute masterclass on Sunday, April 26 in Goodhart Hall.
