Leviathan Trio tour

From January 27th through February 2nd, the Leviathan Trio, comprised of composer and pianist Joseph Dangerfield, cellist Hannah Pressley, and myself, collaborates again for a chamber music concert tour featuring George Crumb's Vox Balaenae, Joe's companion work The Knot, and Alice Ping Yee Ho's Seiren. We begin on Saturday, January 30th with a free 7:30 pm concert at the University of Florida in Gainesville, where I also teach a masterclass for the flute studio on Friday at 12:50 pm. Next, we perform at the Florida Flute Association Convention on Sunday, January 31st at 11:00 am in the Orlando Airport Marriott, and we wrap up with a free 7:30 pm concert on Monday, February 1st in Pottle Hall at Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, followed by a post-concert talk.
