Holiday orchestral performances

This December, get festive with holiday orchestral performances! The West Virginia Symphony Orchestra plays the "Sounds of the Season" on Friday, December 2 at 7:30 PM at Carnegie Hall in Lewisburg, West Virginia; on Saturday, December 3 at 7:30 PM at the Clay Center in Charleston, West Virginia; and on Sunday, December 4 at 2:30 PM at Blennerhassett School in Parkersburg, West Virginia. The next weekend, join the WVSO as we collaborate with the Charleston Ballet for Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker on Friday, December 9 at 7:30 PM and on Saturday, December 10 at 2:00 PM at the Clay Center in Charleston.

The following weekend, Resonance Works presents "Amahl and The Ballad of the Brown King" featuring Menotti's Amahl and the Night Visitors, Margaret Bonds's The Ballad of the Brown King, and a world premiere by Nancy Galbraith with text by Sara Stock Mayo! Join us in celebrating our tenth-anniversary season on Friday and Saturday, December 16 and 17 at 7:30 PM and on Sunday, December 18 at 3:00 PM at the New Hazlett Theatre in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Tickets are available through our website for general admission, seniors, artists, and children.

Spend New Year's Eve with the Lima Symphony Orchestra for "Never Break the Chain: The Music of Fleetwood Mac"! Tickets for this 7:30 PM concert on Saturday, December 31 at the Veterans Memorial Convention and Civic Center in Lima, Ohio are available, but will go fast.
