Pittsburgh Festival Opera presents Songs Without Words

Pittsburgh Festival Opera has reimagined their summer festival with an online series of concerts, including my "Songs Without Words", a 30-minute pre-recorded electroacoustic recital. Watch the premiere on Sunday, July 26th at 2:00 PM EDT through the PFO website to experience a program of signature commissions inspired by text, including flute works by Linda Kernohan (Demon/Daemon), Roger Zahab (suspicion of nakedness), and Judith Shatin (Penelope's Song), as well as the Chrysalis Duo in Nancy Galbraith's A something in a Summer's Day. Many thanks to Robert Frankenberry and the PFO for including me in their virtual festival!
