Mansfield University Residency

On Saturday, March 30th, I perform for the inaugural Mansfield University New Music Festival in Mansfield, Pennsylvania. I share a program of electroacoustic solo works by Roger Dannenberg (Separation Logic), Steven Block (Sweet Soulless Solstice), Mark Zanter (Persistence of Memory), and Judith Shatin (For the Fallen) on the 3:00 PM concert. Thank you to Andy Walters for the invitation to participate! That morning from 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM, I teach a masterclass for the Mansfield University flute studio and give my presentation "Extend Your Musicianship: Extended Techniques for Daily Practice and Beyond". Thank you to Christine Moulton for inviting me to work with her students!

2018-2019 orchestral season finishes

The orchestral season finishes with a bang this spring with the West Virginia Symphony Orchestra performing Beethoven Symphony No. 9 on Saturday, March 23rd (7:30 PM, Clay Center, Charleston, WV), "Bugs Bunny at the Symphony" on Saturday, April 13th (1:30 PM and 7:30 PM, Clay Center, Charleston, WV) and Shostakovich Symphony No. 10 on Saturday, May 4th (7:30 PM, Clay Center, Charleston, WV) and Sunday, May 5th (3:00 PM, Blennerhassett School, Parkersburg, WV). I also perform with the River Cities Symphony Orchestra for "Mozart & Salieri" on Sunday, March 3rd (3:00 PM, People's Bank Theatre, Marietta, OH) and the Tuscarawas Philharmonic for "Mystical Dreams" on Saturday, March 9th (7:30 PM,
